I think Raven is annoyed at me. I don't know what I did, but she really doesn't like me at the moment.
Oh Raven! Why won't you speak to me?? It's not fair! I didn't do anything did I?
Do you want me to write you a scene where you're normal? Is that the problem? Or are you angry because I'm cross at Tim? Or is Tim getting to you? If he is, ignore him! He's pooey!!!
Humph.
Maybe she'll talk tomorrow. maybe I should make up a new character. Then she'll be jealous! Then she'll see how much she needs me! Ha! I'll create a character who's so perfect and normal that Raven will be so irrittated she'll beg me to take her back!!!
Hmm ... this character needs to have a really prissy name like Alice. Yes! Alice.
Alice has blue eyes, blond hair, a beautiful smile and wears lacey pink dresses. She always says "please" and "thank-you" and is English. She loves to have tea and scones at the park beside the lake. Her life consists of lessons in history, geography, english and music. As well as picnics and balls. The most exiting thing that has ever happened to her is when she fell into the lake at a picnic with her family.
Now, I will introduce Alice and Raven.
Alice: It is a pleasure to meet you, Raven.
Raven: *gives her a "freak!" look* You too.
Alice: I like your eyes. They're very, um, unusual.
Raven: *stare*
A: do you like scones?
R: Not really.
A: Oh. I do.
*Awkward silence*
A: Do you like Shakespeare?
R: Who?
A: Oh. Never mind.
*Awkward silence*
A: Do you like Dickens?
R: Who?
A: Do you like books?
R: Not really.
A: Oh. What do you like?
R: Killing people who irritate me.
A: Oh. That's a very, um, interesting hobby.
R: *smiles sweetly* Yes, it is very enjoyable. Especially when they're blond.
A: Oh. *very awkward silence* I once saw a spider so I screamed until the buttler came and he stepped on it.
R: Really? I once saw a rebel so I shot him.
A: Oh. Do you like scones?
R: You asked me that before.
A: Oh. Sorry. *Awkward silence* Do you like balls?
R: They're good for throwing at people.
A: I mean dancing balls.
R: I don't dance.
A: Oh. What is your family like?
R: Dead.
A: Oh. I'm sorry.
R: I'm not.
A: Oh. Was it a long time ago?
R: What?
A: When, um, your family ...
R: Died?
A: Yes.
R: Not that long ago. Five, six years.
A: Oh. What happened?
R: I killed them.
A: *Gasp!* Why?
R: I didn't like them.
A: Oh. Did they do something terrible?
R: No. I just didn't like them.
A: Do you like tea?
R: No.
A: Oh. *Awkward silence* Isn't that a pretty flower?
R: Where?
A: There. The red rose by the fence.
R: No.
A: No what?
R: It's not pretty.
A: Oh. I like your clothes. They're very, um, black.
R: Do you like black?
A: Oh. Um. Not especially. But I don't mean to be rude. I do like your clothes ever so much.
R: I don't like pink.
A: Oh. I do. Do you like picnics?
R: No.
A: Oh. Do you go to school?
R: Yes.
A: What's it like?
R: White.
A: What do you learn?
R: To fight; to disarm bombs; to kill; that sort of thing.
A: Oh. I learn to sing like a bluebird.
R: What, tweeting?
A: Not litterally.
R: I don't like singing.
A: Oh.
Time to leave. Maybe I'll get them to talk more tomorrow! this has been very fun! Good-night!
